之前天天写代码的时候就会觉得有些senior engineer不写代码每天好轻松哦。现在才发现，写代码也许才是一种幸福，和各种团队打交道，争取项目，做计划，做设计，照顾到每个项目，给组员扫除障碍，关心他们的成长，这些事儿都要花很多的时间，而且也没有一个固定可以很容易衡量的产出。
